Strongman classes build strength in ways that are practical in and out of the gym. Push, pull, lift, and carry odd objects like yokes, sleds, axles, logs, stones, sandbags, tires, and more. Our Strongman classes are perfect for not only competitive Strongman athletes, but anyone looking to add more variety into their training. The short, intense, anaerobic metabolic demands characteristic in the sport of Strongman are typically lacking in most training programs. Strongman events only require a couple minutes or less of all out effort, thoroughly taxing our system and helping us get stronger faster. Strongman provides a great strength and power foundation which you can take with you into any aspect of training and life. 60 minutes are allotted for each class and workouts are provided and tailored to the needs and goals of each athlete by our CrossFit Strongman Trainers.
