Weightlifting

Weightlifting classes are geared towards the CrossFitter, competitive Weightlifter, or anyone looking to increase strength, power, and efficiency with Olympic weightlifting movements (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). 60 minutes are allotted for each session and daily workouts are provided and tailored to the needs and goals of each lifter by our USA Weightlifting and CrossFit Weightlifting certified coaches. We provide quality equipment and a supportive environment for athletes from school age to master levels to train and compete on the local, national, and international level.
