Our CrossFit class builds General Physical Preparedness (GPP), and provides you with a broad, general, and inclusive program which develops all ten physical skills (Strength, Stamina, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). CrossFit improves work capacity across broad time and modal domains with constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity in a communal environment. Under the supervision of our CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certified coaches, our CrossFit class utilizes functional movements that effectively move large loads, long distances, quickly. Our experienced CrossFit coaches are adept modifying WODs to each athlete's level to maximize intensity while maintaining good movement mechanics and proper technique.
